Seeing through marketing BS around health and dieting, moderation and nuance in eating, fad diets and examining the evidence on different approaches to eating.

WEEK FIVE | Fat is not a four-letter word

Incorporating the best fats into your diet to be healthier, learning to listen to your body, upleveling your meals using savvy substitutions, and how your body processes different kinds of food.

WEEK SIX | Power Weeks: Smarter, not Harder

Choosing and adapting recipes to work for YOU, meal prep as a super power, recipe formulas, building flavor and how to schedule meals to make your week better.
